These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FilingsPro platform, websites, and services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
FilingsPro is a self-help business platform. We prepare and submit business formation documents at your specific direction and provide tools to run your business. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal or tax advice, and our communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal or tax questions specific to your situation, consult a licensed professional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit for filings, including entity name, ownership, and address details. Government agencies set their own fees, processing times, and requirements, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for rejections or delays caused by inaccurate information or agency processing.
Our service fees are shown before you confirm an order and are separate from government filing fees, which are passed through to you. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged when you place an order. Some products renew on a recurring basis; you can manage or cancel renewals from your account settings.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to upload harmful code, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the platform or other users.
You retain ownership of the content, products, and storefront materials you add to the platform. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the Services for you. You are responsible for ensuring your products, listings, and marketing comply with applicable laws.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilingsPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
